This week on Off the Mats Podcast... We explore the wonderful land of Sweden as I sit with my friend Johan who is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt at Gracie Barra in Umea, Sweden. Off the Mats #35- BJJ Ladies Compilation

This week's episode of the podcast, I had the privilege of doing a brief Q&A session with several female grapplers from various backgrounds and areas. I wanted to get an idea of how these individuals felt as they began training martial arts, what they experienced during their first competition, had they ever been in a fist fight,  and what advice they wish they'd had in the beginning.
