Off the Mats #40- Wanda and the Winter Vision

Welcome back, nerds. This week we step away from combat sports and grappling and pro wrestling and stuff that we rarely talking about anyway. My good friend Maryland Phil stops by to discuss WandaVision with me because I wanted to talk to someone and none of y'all answered your phones. We get to talking about the silly expectations that fans had, the impatience of many others, what we liked and didn't like, and where we think this is going. We steer away for a second and talk about some other silly things, but we circle back to it all.

Off the Mats #35- BJJ Ladies Compilation

This week's episode of the podcast, I had the privilege of doing a brief Q&A session with several female grapplers from various backgrounds and areas. I wanted to get an idea of how these individuals felt as they began training martial arts, what they experienced during their first competition, had they ever been in a fist fight,  and what advice they wish they'd had in the beginning.
